Same here. Apple Support keeps repeating that I should send them a video recording of the entire process where the HTTP error occurs. Has this issue been resolved?

I received an email from Apple Developer Support saying that the error has finally been fixed. The entitlement request is now working properly.

Could you please tell me when I am supposed to receive an alternative response? If that is not possible, you should at least have the courtesy to say so clearly.
