I am seeing a very similar issue. I created a ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT Analytics Report Request through the App Store Connect Analytics Reports API, but the report instances are still empty after several days. The reports relationship is available, but the main reports I checked still have no instances: r14: App Store Discovery and Engagement Standard r6: App Store Installation and Deletion Standard r15: App Store Discovery and Engagement Detailed r7: App Store Installation and Deletion Detailed Creating another ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT request returns 409 because an existing request already exists. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they said they could not investigate the technical details and suggested Feedback Assistant or Developer Forums. I also submitted Feedback Assistant report FB22810076, but I have not received a useful response yet. This seems different from the documented privacy threshold behavior because the Standard reports are also empty. Has anyone found a way to recover from this state, regenerate the stuck request, or have Apple reset the backend state?
