Reply to ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT Analytics Report Returns 0 Instances for Both Standard and Detailed Reports (stoppedDueToInactivity: false)
I am seeing a very similar issue. I created a ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT Analytics Report Request through the App Store Connect Analytics Reports API, but the report instances are still empty after several days. App ID: 1528652349 Request ID: 96d5e85d-ef13-4828-98c5-912a9459cacd Access Type: ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT Created At: 2026-05-12 22:15 JST The request itself exists and stoppedDueToInactivity is false. The reports relationship is available, but the main reports I checked still have no instances: r14: App Store Discovery and Engagement Standard r6: App Store Installation and Deletion Standard r15: App Store Discovery and Engagement Detailed r7: App Store Installation and Deletion Detailed Creating another ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT request returns 409 because an existing request already exists. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they said they could not investigate the technical details and suggested Feedback Assistant or Developer Forums. I also submitted Feedback Assistant report FB22810076, but I have not received a useful response yet. This seems different from the documented privacy threshold behavior because the Standard reports are also empty. Has anyone found a way to recover from this state, regenerate the stuck request, or have Apple reset the backend state?
