UPDATE — RESOLVED. Enrollment MX5XML7QZ0 was approved: the "Welcome to the Apple Developer Program" email arrived July 15 and the membership now shows as active (valid through Jul 15, 2027). Timeline: paid June 28 via the Developer app, stuck in "Pending" for ~2.5 weeks, approved within ~48h of replying to my existing support case (102896974266) and posting here. For anyone stuck: reply to your existing case with your Enrollment ID instead of opening new tickets, and document your case publicly. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
