Thank you for replying. However, I want to clarify that this is not the first time I have received the same response. (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/816624) Over the past six weeks, I have already contacted Apple Developer Support many times regarding this issue. In most cases I received no response, and in the few responses I did receive I was simply asked to wait without any update or timeline.

I posted here because the issue has not progressed through normal support channels despite repeated attempts. At this point, the review delay has exceeded six weeks, far beyond the normal review timeframe, and is causing financial damage to our business due to blocked updates and disrupted releases. I would appreciate if this investigation could identify why the app has been stuck in review for such an unusually long period and help move the review forward.
