I posted here because the issue has not progressed through normal support channels despite repeated attempts.
At this point, the review delay has exceeded six weeks, far beyond the normal review timeframe, and is causing financial damage to our business due to blocked updates and disrupted releases.
I would appreciate if this investigation could identify why the app has been stuck in review for such an unusually long period and help move the review forward.
