ok.I am in uploading step now, good luck!.., PS: try to close xcode->reopen->remove AppID account -> quit completely -> add your appid back, then rebuild and validate again.

same issue, I got an operating error when I upload my ipa to app store connect. How to solve this issue? The only way is to buy a new mac and setup the local dev environment again?
