The approach is SaaS and our company supply the service to the client. By the way, the client application also got rejected. This is because their agent is not directly hired by them and the employee count is below 1000. Multiple application has been made and resulting same rejection. With this, they have changed the approach to SaaS since we have the license. However now our license cant be renewed.
