Hello, I am going through the same situation and would appreciate help from Apple staff or anyone who has experienced this. I enrolled as an Individual through the Apple Developer website and completed the payment (INR 8,700.00/year) on October 15, 2026. I received the subscription confirmation email the same day, confirming a 1-year Apple Developer Program membership that auto-renews October 15, 2027. The situation is currently: The Apple Store shows an active paid order (Order ID MSHQ7KF12M, receipt dated October 15, 2026). No refund, no cancellation, no payment rejection. My Apple Developer account still shows "Pending". The account page still displays "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process," even though the membership was purchased four days ago (today is October 19, 2026). On October 16, Apple requested identity document verification and I uploaded the requested documents the same day. On October 17 I received "We received your documents", but there has been no further update since. I contacted Apple Developer Support (Case IDs: 102997114223 and 103000327759) and filed an additional case on the purchase side (Case ID: 103001404995) asking them to reconcile the order with the account, but I have not received a reply on any of them. Has anyone recently experienced this exact situation — payment completed, confirmation received, documents accepted, account still Pending with the "complete your purchase now" card? If so, how long did it take to resolve, and what worked? If anyone from Apple Developer Relations sees this, I would greatly appreciate a review or escalation of these cases. I am holding off on clicking "complete your purchase now" again to avoid being double charged. Thank you.
