After spending 6 HOURS on the phone with Apple Support, dozens of emails, this is what we found out:
The system automatically banned my account for breaking the Terms and Conditions.**
What terms did I break - THEY DO NOT KNOW**
And they cannot explain why the account is banned_**.
NOR they can UNBAN IT. Once it's banned ITS BANNED**_
Their proposed solution was for me to create a new apple ID and add it do our company's Developer team... Which worked.
But this doesn't explain why the account was banned NOR how to not get banned in the future. No responsibility taken either on their side, when clearly this is a MISTAKE on their sytem.
