Insane...there should be a way to exit this situation. They are advertising a program that they aren't respecting because they leave people waiting for over 1 month. There should be a waiting limit to declare it then false advertisement and go legally. To me is causing business/tax problems. I don't want to transfer my app until when they don't enable my Small business. Where you able to get it?
