Apple always makes mess....

This goes this way since years. But now the situation is even worse: not even 1 code works. No matter how many you create/try. Apple, this is really a poor service.

on my first account, I waited only 6 days..on my second account (after 2 years) still nothing after 2 weeks.

"Apple cut" is not only the Apple commission, but also sales taxes they pay in 84 countries for you. Therefore, typically, you should still at least 26% taken from Apple. And depending where you sell the most, you might see more, or less.

EXACT SAME PROBLEM here. I can't repro myself, but some users can. Apple please, it's ridiculous, it's 2 weeks since this problem is out and our users can't just use the app. Your customer service tells our users it's an app bug, which is still more frustrating.
