Looks like we are now receiving a lot of duplicated notifications (which is better than missing the retries). But it looks like something change on your end that started sending a lot of duplicated notifs, has Apple changed something on their lately?

We're experiencing the same issue. Despite multiple attempts this morning, we consistently encounter a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to generate our reports. It seems to be a widespread problem, as we haven't changed anything in our codebase and everything was working correctly yesterday.
