Thanks for sharing this. That’s very interesting. Just to clarify: Did all 5 accounts belong to you and use the same identity/passport? Did you use the same phone number for all of those Apple IDs? Were they all Individual enrollments, Organization enrollments, or a mix of both? I’m trying to understand whether this is related to a specific Apple ID or to the identity verification process itself.

I requested a callback through the Apple Developer Support contact page. They called me back shortly afterwards, but then I spent more than 100 minutes on hold before speaking to someone. So be prepared for a long wait.

Hi Apple Developer Support, I completely understand that the Developer Forums are not the right place for enrollment support. The problem is that many of us have already used the official support channels. We either receive no response for weeks or only generic replies that don’t address the issue. That’s why people end up here. In my case, my Developer Support case has been open for almost two months, and I still have no way to complete my enrollment. This experience is extremely frustrating.

In my case, this has been going on for almost two months now, and unfortunately I still don’t have any explanation or a way to continue the enrollment process. I really hope both of our cases get resolved soon. If I eventually find a solution or receive any useful information from Apple, I’ll be sure to post an update here.
