I can confirm that unchecking "Include bitcode for iOS content" allows our uploads to proceed normally as welll. This is good enough for testing, though obviously we would want to have the optimization for the public release. Thank you for getting us to this point at least.

That is not the issue. But even if it were, if you can't upload the binary to attach to a version, there is no way to submit it to Apple for review anyway.
