I can confirm the same issue on both Xcode 14.0 and 14.1 Beta (14B5033e). I've submitted a feedback (FB11699869) for this, hopefully they'll fix it.

Interested in playing lossless using MusicKit JS as well. Are there any plans to introduce this functionality?
