Si, enoja mucho, porque tiene que existir el  project.pbxproj file, crea muchas inconsistencias o conflictos al momento de mergear, eso debe ser eliminado, eso produce perdida de tiempo y porque no decirlo perjudica a las empresas de desarrollo.
