I'm enrolling my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and the enrollment is now blocked. What happened: I filled in the organization details. Apple accepted our D-U-N-S number. At the work-email verification step, the code arrived in my inbox, but the page never showed a field to enter it. I requested the code again. The enrollment status page now says: "You've exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us." The Apple Developer app also says: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." What I've tried: Opened support case 102990275540 and followed up twice. No reply yet. Tried different browsers (Chrome and Firefox private window). Same result. Could someone from Apple help reset the enrollment attempts on my account or escalate the case? We're waiting to publish our app. Thank you.
