Hello, I moved from France to Singapore And I want to pay and renew my Apple Developer account However it will not allow me to select France as the country (see iamge) I have changed my Apple ID Account Region to France, both through settings, browser and even Media purchases. And I have received confirmation email My French address and credit card are displayed however when I try to renew my Apple Developer account, it only gives me the option of selecting a Singapore address I no longer have a Singapore address and therefore cannot pay for my membership. I would be grateful for some advice or direction on how I can set my Developer Account purchase to France
