Nothing helped yet. My 3 appeals also got rejected I explained maybe 5 times what my app does and what features I added. I still could not get a straightforward answer as to what the problem is. They just copy paste the same answer. I also talked to the review team twice. They are not telling anything straight. So far I have refactored nearly all the code, added 4 major features, changed app name, changed app description, changed keywords, changed most of components names and refactored them.
