I have changed all the UI, app name, app description and made the app flawless but even without looking for 10 seconds again rejected the app

They rejected me 3 times for this issue and have no idea what is missing. I opened an appeal now and also explained all the app details that differentiate it from other apps. But this stuff is making me mad. I spent 4 months developing this app from the ground. My wife designed all the UI and even created the app icon with drawings but they are just telling me it is spam. I am very close to hating Apple
