Same issue with iOS 15.1, I am struggling for hours to fix it. none of the solutions work.

I am facing the same issue. about 5 days trying to fix it but no luck!!! I did add the privacy manifest to my app but didn't help. Does anyone know what exactly is the issue? Apple Support is useless, they never reply.
