same here XCode Version 13.2

had a similar issue, and this worked for me: unpair the device -> window / Device and Simulators -> right tap on the device and hit unpair change the Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) port you are using pair the device again - connect with cable, trust, enter code.. run the app again
