Hello Apple Developer Support and community, I am posting because my Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck after a successful payment, and I need escalation for manual review. Situation: Enrollment ID: 6663Q96FZN Paid order: D005386703 Invoice: MD22485970 (US$99, Apple Developer Program) Payment date: October 21, 2026 Support case: 102982824659 (Portuguese Developer Support / Vera) Account still shows: “matheus Augusto (Pending)” and “Purchase your membership / complete your purchase now” Important: I do NOT want an Individual membership. I need an Organization / Company enrollment. There was a mismatch during enrollment (individual enrollment name vs company billing name), and Apple sent a “Review your Apple Developer Program enrollment” email. I already replied clarifying that this must be Organization, and I followed up requesting a scheduled phone call. Apple previously tried to call but could not reach us; we provided an updated phone number and are waiting for a callback. I will NOT click “Continue to payment” again to avoid a duplicate charge. Could Apple please: Escalate case 102982824659 / enrollment 6663Q96FZN for manual review Convert / complete this enrollment as Organization (not Individual) Link the already paid order D005386703 / invoice MD22485970 to the membership Advise next documents needed (D-U-N-S, company website, legal docs, authority proof) Thank you for any help.
