Device Support for macOS 15

Last year I remember Apple providing a Device Support download that would allow running macOS 14 in a VM on macOS 13 without needing to install the whole Xcode beta. Is Apple planning on releasing a similar download this year to allow running a macOS 15 VM on macOS 14 without installing the Xcode beta?

Choosing Minimum Deployment Targets

My app uses SwiftData so I need at least iOS 17 as the minimum deployment target. When I select iOS 17 in the dropdown it selects iOS 17.6 as the target. However, the newest simulator available is iOS 17.5. Should I set my minimum deployment target to 17.0, 17.5, 17.6, or something else?

Required personal access token scopes for GitLab.com

When signing in to GitHub.com in Xcode, it shows what scopes must be set when creating a personal access token. However, when signing into GitLab.com, it doesn't show what scopes should be selected.
