Reply to cannot enable developer mode because assistive touch isn't on initial screen
I've come up with a workaround of sorts, using back tap to continue from this screen. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap then set either Double Tap or Triple Tap (doesn't matter) to Home. Then when you get to the Ready to Enable Developer Mode screen, just do a back tap (double or triple, depending on which one you set) to continue.
