Having the same problem. Trying to build a Xamarin app so possibly related issue at https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/15542

I'm having the same problem after upgrading to XCode 14.3.1 (14E300c). Sandbox behavior seems extremely erratic. Sometimes it will renew a few times then cancel, sometimes it won't renew at all.

Can confirm -- sandbox behavior is extremely erratic and unreliable. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. Some days it will auto-renew, some days it doesn't.
