This issue was resolved for only one day and again started happening. I am able to release new apps, but for TestFlight and App Transfer, I am facing issues. Can you please escalate it as I have to submit my app within the next 24 hours?

Hello, this issue was resolved for a day and then again same thing started happening again. And I also noticed that I am unable to transfer any app, it says App Transfer is not available for your account. That is what I tried before and have been waiting for almost 2 weeks but no response, and now I just have 24 hours to submit my app for hackathon. Please escalate the issue. @DTS Engineer
