Our product have the interface to add credit cards through openPaymentSetup in PKPassLibrary. But I have no idea how to judge if the users have finished payment setup. Does anyone know any good solution to judge that? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I created storyboard for splash screen and it has an image inside. But the image appears delayed in splash screen. When I start the app, I can see splash screen with background color which I assigned, but the image is shown a little delayed. There is no delay to show label, when I add label in its storyboard. I am a beginner for iOS development. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
