We experience the same issue and have not got any answer from apple since 11 days now of how to fix this issue

I got no reply from Apple directly, but the Advanced Experiences now work for me again!

I haven’t received a direct response from Apple yet, but as of this morning, the Advanced Experiences feature is working for me again! How is it working for the rest of you?
