I get the error "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS." The files you archived on August 4th installed successfully, but the files you archived again today failed to install. Have the rules changed? I am currently updating to a new macOS, will this solve the problem?

When sending a push notification, an error will occur if the certificate is different or the device token is different. However, in the app I'm developing now, the notification doesn't arrive even though there is no error during SSL communication. If so, is there any way to find out why? Push notifications are implemented in multiple apps, and this is the only one that does not work properly. Please let me know if you have any clues to investigate.
