Yeah exactly, in-app provisioning, not payments. Having it supported on our enterprise account would be just amazing. But I dont know if its even possible to link two accounts. Just leaving this for feedback so that you guys, maybe, one day, want to make us poor banks developers with enterprise accounts happy :) thanks and happy dub dub!

Thats a very good hint, I will bring it up with our team, it might be the backend is not sending us the info we need.

What now always works for me now is (after weeks of real pain with SPM behind a corporate proxy): On the terminal xcodebuild -scmProvider system -resolvePackageDependencies -disablePackageRepositoryCache -workspace MyProject.xcworkspace -scheme MyScheme On XCode after the xcodebuild finishes XCode - File - Packages - Resolve Package Versions.
