It seems there may be some delays or issues with Apple Developer account migrations at the moment. I’m also waiting for my Individual to Organization migration to be processed. It has been pending for almost two months now, and even after sending a follow-up email to support last week, I still haven’t received any reply. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
