Thanks for the suggestion. I actually tried that already about a week ago.
Support just replied telling me to enroll via the Developer app, but in the app the enrollment option is not available for my account and it says I should do it from the web instead.
I already tried enrolling from the web as well, but it still doesn’t work. So I’m basically stuck between both options and support is taking quite a long time to reply.
