Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for over a week, but I’m unable to complete the purchase. Here’s what’s happening: I submit my enrollment through the Apple Developer website and enter my payment details. The order is successfully created, and I receive a confirmation email. The order stays in Pending status, but Apple never attempts to charge my card. If I try to submit another order immediately, I receive a Duplicate Order error. After approximately 24 hours, the system allows me to create a new order again, suggesting that the previous order is no longer blocking enrollment. The same cycle repeats. No payment, no status update, and no explanation. I’ve tried this multiple times with exactly the same result. The alternative enrollment method is also unavailable. In the Apple Developer app on both my iPhone and Mac, the Enroll button is disabled. My Apple Account region is Ukraine, but I’m currently living in Poland. I don’t know whether this is related. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support through the available support channels, but haven’t received a response. There is also no option to request a phone call. Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to resolve it? Is there a way to reset the enrollment process, fix the pending orders, or enable enrollment through the Apple Developer app? I’m trying to publish my first application, and this issue has completely blocked my progress for over a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
