We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues when calling: https://apple-pay-gateway.apple.com/paymentservices/paymentSession The issue started on August 25, 2026 at 04:05 UTC. Initially, while using HTTP/1.1, approximately 8% of requests failed during TLS connection establishment. In the affected cases, TCP was established and ClientHello was sent, but no ServerHello was received. After migrating to another java client and HTTP/2, the failure rate decreased to approximately 1.5%, but the issue still persists. The most common error is now: HTTP connect timed out which we have set to 3 seconds. Less frequently, we also see EOF reached while reading error. Our outbound source IP addresses are: 40.119.155.18 20.71.11.216 Could you please check whether there are any known issues or gateway-side conditions that could explain these intermittent connection failures?
