Been waiting almost 2 months. We got the development entitlement in normal time frame. when it came time for production we've gotten crickets. We have escalated this through support and even they say the lack of even a response for this time is unheard of. They have seen videos, we're integrating with Stripe, etc.... They havent even responded....let alone granted the entitlement.
