Good Morning, I submitted my first app last week. week ago it's status changed to 'Ready for Distribution'. I have set automatic release on. App is still in that same state. I have sent ticket 3-4 days ago and got no reply, other than ticket notification. Is there anything I can do to get it Distributed?

Good morning, I submitted my first app to approval process last week. Within couple days it was accepted and state changed to 'Ready for Distribution'. It has been in that state for a week. I have set automatic release on. Is there anything I can do to get it Distributed?
