Today I was contacted by a support engineer via email. The support engineer seems to think it is acceptable that the update for my app has still not entered the review process after 15 days, and he has not provided me with any ETA. Could you please share the results of your investigation, provide an update on the status of my app review, and let me know the estimated timeframe for when the review process will begin?
