The automatic renewal don't work and I'm losing money from my app every day as it's now "Removed from Sale" state There's also no manual option or "Renew" button on the web, the Developer app on iPhone, or on Mac or App Store as a subscription. Account Holder ID and Media & Purchases the same. But 7 months ago I changed Apple ID email, not sure whether this info is helpful.
