Thanks dude. I had the same issue with 1 of 2 apps with Enterprise distribution. After removing old provisioning profiles through configurator the problem went away. I have a ticket with Apple support but am hopeful this is just clutter on my development device and does not extend to the user base. Time will tell I guess.
