I see these entries on the same issue I am having. It has worked fine until Xcode 16. Has anything been resolved?

I am having the same problem adding an internal tester getting "An error has occurred. Try again later." Created a complete new version to submit and same issue. Logged out and back in also.

I have now gotten the users to add and am getting the emails.
