Well, I took my iPhone 16 Pro Max to my Apple Store. They couldn't revive it. they said it would go into DFU mode then quickly dropped out. I couldn't even get it to go into DFU for any amount of time.
At the end of the day they replaced the logic board. Maybe something wrong with my hardware that was triggered by the update?? Odd. First time in 12+ years I've had issues with a beta I haven't been able to get around.
Same issue but started with about 90% battery and didn't have it plugged in during the update. iPhone 16 Pro Max 512G. I haven't tried connecting it to Xcode yet but am guessing that won't help. Will download the latest Xcode next. Hope someone smarter than I figures out what to do or this is a trip to the Apple Store tomorrow for me.
Edit: Yes, I submitted a feedback for this.
I have same issue on my iPhone 16 Pro. Upgraded from 18.5 to 26.0. It downloaded the image and started to process. Then the screen went black. I hit the power button but no luck. Finally I plugged it in and got the low battery symbol. I started at like 90% battery so no way it could have burned through all that battery during the update. So far I have no workaround.
I performed a factory reset and that fixed it but some number of hours later it was broken again.
i just realized that I then re-added the beta profile so need to try this again without adding the profile back
