I am having the same issue. I've been waiting three weeks. I've tried to reach out to support twice in the last week and half and crickets, nothing.

Same here Kim. 3 weeks for me and I'm starting to think I should ask for my developer fee back. :) Contacted support twice and nothing over the last few weeks. Strange and sad.

I am disheartened to hear that you have been going at this so long. I'm nearing 30 days in of dead silence and in the last few weeks, nothing back from developer support. What happened to Apple?
