My Apple Developer enrollment is still stuck in Pending status. Enrollment ID: YM3G97AJVP I completed enrollment multiple times and receive an Order Acknowledgement email, but no payment is charged, no receipt is generated, and my account always returns to "Purchase your membership". Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and I have already tried multiple payment cards and browsers. Could Apple Developer Support please review my enrollment manually? Thank you.
