Update, October 2026: still blocked. Every submission since June 20 is rejected with status 7000, most recently 12bd4fb5-5ded-4b90-aa68-e830b4fb1538. The Developer Programs Support case (102928898660, original 102922992178, escalated to engineering July 7) has had no progress in almost four months, and my last message there in September got no reply. Users who download my app cannot open it. Is there anything else a developer in this situation can do, or anyone who can look at team WPJCQG3698? Has anyone else here had a team stuck in this state get unblocked, and how?
