Same symptom here, and it is still happening on a recently created App ID. Team ID: LH4XJ8LL98 — App ID: com.laonmon.twothrones (registered Aug 2026) Filed as FB24483427. Sign in with Apple never completes: the sheet appears, the user authenticates, then "Sign-Up Not Completed" and ASAuthorizationError 1000. 0 of 147 accounts in production were created via Sign in with Apple. On the same iPad with the same Apple ID, both a third-party app (Notion) and another app in our own team (com.swingnote.app) complete sign-up normally — so it is isolated to this one App ID. Three consecutive Guideline 2.1(a) rejections; this is the only thing blocking our release. Happy to provide a sysdiagnose with the Accounts/AuthKit profile on request.
