I’m experiencing a similar issue and it has been over 10 days now. I removed the app from review and resubmitted it, but the problem persists. All required agreements have been accepted, yet there is still no progress.
The App ID is 6759253361. I contacted support and was informed it would be resolved within 24–48 hours, but it has now been more than 10 days.
