Nearly two weeks ago we submitted our app to launch, after 25 successful TestFlight builds. We requested an expedited review twice and received approval both times. We've also never had this problem in our previous apps. Our app is still stuck at "Waiting for review". This is both frustrating and heartbreaking because we're a small mobile games studio and we can't afford a month off. Is there any way we can get help or support on this? My support tickets haven't been responded to and phone support is closed. Has anyone had this experience before?
