Same boat here and it's getting ridiculous. Organization enrollment, paid over a month ago, still stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed." Enrollment ID is 7T349ZPFP9.
Payment went through fine. I've contacted support through the Contact Us form and got nothing back — no reply, no request for documents, no callback, nothing. Just silence for 30+ days.
Meanwhile our app is ready to go and we can't even get into App Store Connect or TestFlight because of this. It's blocking the whole iOS launch.
If anyone from Apple is reading this thread — please take a look at 7T349ZPFP9. Whatever you need from us, just ask and I'll send it the same day.
