On our side the App ID has Sign in with Apple enabled as a primary App ID (verified through the App Store Connect API as well as the portal), the signed binary carries com.apple.developer.applesignin, and Google sign-in works in the same build. Nothing in the app or on the device changes the outcome, and this is currently blocking our App Store release. If an Apple engineer reading this can route our team registration for re-provisioning, we would be grateful. We can retest and confirm the same day.
